This website exists to highlight how the Tidewater Plantation HOA Board of Directors has been taking advantage of the privileges given to them by the property owners of Tidewater Plantation.
When a community elects an HOA board, it hands that board real authority: control over shared funds, the power to set and enforce rules, access to association records, and the ability to make decisions on behalf of every owner. Those privileges come with an obligation — the board is supposed to use them in the best interest of the owners who granted them, not for its own benefit. This site was created because a growing number of Tidewater Plantation owners believe that obligation has not been honored.
Rather than ask you to simply take our word for it, we've made it a priority to post the underlying record so owners can review it and reach their own conclusions.
